Have experience in handling civil litigations such as suits [Insurance claims, Money Suits, Testamentary Suits, Suits relating to Tortious Liability (defamation), Eviction Suits], Constitutional mattes, corporate, commercial and banking matters etc. Appearing before various Courts, Tribunals, Forums and authorities. Practising in High Court, Calcutta, Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and it’s Appellate Forum, Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, Consumer Forum and administrative/quasi-judicial authorities and NCLT. Working Experience Practising Advocate in the High Court, Calcutta since 21.04.1981 Empanelled Advocate for conducting litigation before the High Court at Calcutta and also other Forums: Former Senior Counsel Grade-II, Government of India. Director of The Jadabpur Estate (p) Ltd 1994 Partner A.K.De & Associates a valuation firm from 2003, RICS empanelled as firm, empanelled with different banks as a valuer. Mr. Tapan Kumar Majumdar

A dynamic Civil Engineer with over 3 decades (30+years) of rich experience, including 5 years in supervisor/junior Management, 4 years in Construction Management and 17 years in Contract Management (along-with 13 years in the field of valuation and Real Estate Management). Presently associated with SRI AUROBINDO INSTUTE OF CULTURE A project planner with expertise in planning, executing and spearheading lighting project, (specialist in High Mast Lighting). Contract Administration in compliance to Quality standards. Adept in swiftly ramping up projects in close co-ordination with Contract Cell, Materials, Consultants, & Contractors and ensuring on time deliverables. Deft at establishing and maintaining project documentation including correspondence,. Registered Valuer – CCIT(in the category of Immovable (u/s 34 AB of WT Act) Properties and Plant & Machinery) - Approved Valuer - Honb’le High Court, Kolkata, - West Bengal Financial Corporation, - West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd and different Banks Carried out over thousands of valuation assignment on the immovable property, plant & machinery etc. entrusted by banks, financial institutions for last 19 years, prior to 20 years industrial experience in a managerial capacity of a central PSU. Mr. Raj Kumar Banerjee

Qualification and professional qualifications

Qualifies as a B.Tech Civil in the year 1985 from NIT, Calicut and Masters in Environmental Science.

Experience in the relevant field

He has 39 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering. He specialized in town planning, designing including execution work and he handled many assignment. Other than this he was also engaged in valuation work for more than 7 years in his tenure and having the expertise on real estate valuation too.

Ms. Ankita Goenka

Qualification and professional qualifications

Ankita Goenka qualified as Company secretary in the year 2012 . She is also holds a Master degree in Accountancy and holds cerificate of Gst Practioner and Independent Director.She has undergone training in various courses from ICSI.

Experience in the relevant field

She has over 10 year of experience and practice as Company Secretary,she has also handled various Company law related cases and represented her clients in NCLT ,ROC as well .
